Get ready to say Maafi (Sorry Bollywood Remix)!


We are definitely not sorry that Canadian based dance troupe J Raj Music and Dance with Shehreen Ladha decided to remix Justin Bieber’s hit song “Sorry“!  In fact we are loving the new video!  The troupe has renamed their version “Maafi,” which means sorry in Hindi.  The dance moves are all authentic Indian and the new desified version is sure to get you busting out your best Indian dance moves. The choreographers have seamlessly combined various styles from bharatnatayam, kathak, and bhangra, to signature Bollywood, modern day hip-hop, and contemporary dance into the video.  The music itself also has an Indian flavor!  Watch the video and be sure to let us know which version you liked better in the poll below!

Music Review: Baaghi


The makers of Baaghi have released the film’s full official soundtrack! Music for the film has been composed by Meet Bros, Amaal Mallik, Ankit Tiwari, and Manj Musik, with lyrics penned by Kumaar, Abhendra Kumar, Sanjeev Chaturvedi, and Raftaar. Listen and let us know which song is your favorite!

The first track, “Sab Tera”, was the first video song to be released from Baaghi. A melodious romantic track, there is nothing particularly new or unique in the melody but Shraddha Kapoor and Armaan Mallik’s voices, complementing the soft mellow orchestration, make this song a beautiful listen. The picturesque beach backgrounds in the video also add a nice touch to this track.

Bollywood Lovers and Fans get ready Madhuri Dixit is dancing her way to the center court in Orlando this week!  The Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) is leading Orlando’s official India Day celebration on January 31, 2016 starting at noon in and around Amway Center.
